Please be sure to share any medical information such as health conditions or prescriptions with us; this information is important in planning your dental treatment.
To make an appointment, please call during regular office hours and reserve a time that is convenient for you. In order to make dental care accessible for all of our patients, reservation of time on our schedule obligates the patient to keep the appointment or notify our office within a reasonable time (at least 24 hours) so that another patient may use that time. Contact us or use our secure form to make an appointment.
